I have been using the Lead Forensics for quite a few months now and it has really helped my company identify new clients for our business and also helped us understand better to which companies we are actually relevant and we should focus on. Joe has been very helpful in the process for us.

"Unwarranted, ill-mannered sales calls"

We've received a number of calls from Lead Forensics and each has left a sour taste in the mouth - after making it inexplicably clear we are not interested in their services, we continue to be hounded by their sales team that seem to have no clue of how you should speak to someone on the phone.

This review is a result of >6 months of telling them NO, we are not interested and still receiving pushy, interrogative sales calls. Wouldn't be the slightest bit interested in their services, even if I did have a need for it.

Don't contact me regarding this review, as it won't be amended.

Edit: I've noticed on other reviews you've made out they aren't 'genuine' as they aren't linked to a company email address, I wonder why that would be? Perhaps so you aren't tempted to bombard them with 00's of calls to amend their review.. Your sales department needs a good looking at, some training is definitely in order.

Lead Forensics is an amazing tool to work with. The ability to be able to focus our marketing and talk to companies who have already shown a genuine interest in our services makes perfect sense, for both sides!
