It also gives us transparency on how the site is being used and integrates well with MailChimp and our CRM. Our account manager, John Allwood is the reason, I believe, we have had so much success. He has gone above and beyond in making sure that we get the best out of the product and is always extremely patient and helpful at all times.

Beware. Pushy cold caller wouldn't take no for an answer so I terminated the call. Within a few minutes my google adwords (pay per click) mysteriously had an abnormally high number of clicks (and therefore costs). Coincidence? I doubt it

The sales induction process was clear and smooth. It transitioned into building a relationship with a Lead Forensics Customer Success Manager (CSM). My first CSM left after a couple of months which was annoying, but it happens. However, I am now dealing with Samantha (Sam) Drain, who is fantastic. She is guiding my team and me through the process with regular phone calls and screen shares. Sam is very knowledgeable and comes from a sales background using Lead Forensics herself. LF is a tool, and you have to know how to use it properly to get excellent results. Thank you, Sam.
