And no you can't justify it, as below. we have never signed up for emails from your company and a polciy NEVER to use companies that spam us.

But trust pilot wants me to write more, so:
I think by now I have received about a dozen emails from them. I don’t know how they got my work email address (since I’m a lawyer I’m sure I never gave it to them or allowed a third party to do so, so under Dutch law that qualifies as spam) and I surely don’t understand why the targeting me since I’m a legal counsel (so not the person interested in their products). Any company that spams me I will rate wit one star, because the law is not about opting out (by replying to their email) but a person first need to opt in.

Just contacted me with no permission to do so. Also as my email address is for business and consists of personal information (my name), I will be immediately reporting to ICO.

Obtain your sales leads legitimately and not via spam and judging by number of similar reviews you also know better.

Anyone else with same feedback, please report unsolicited mail on ICO website (takes 2mins). The more complaints, the bigger change of a (new GDPR) fine.

Very lovely reply, highlighting my review is not based on your product and you are allowed to contact me. I still dispute the latter as my job role has zero cross over in the products you supply. There are also plenty of other reasonable methods you could have attempted contact, so I will keep my complaint open with ICO.

I firmly base & share my opinion of companies based on first impressions, so whilst I appreciate I've never used your product, I feel that my review accurately reflects my experience & impression of Lead Forensics.

I appreciate you would like me to email you directly to make things easier for you to review, but given the nature of my complaint, you can surely see why I have no interest in doing this.

Excellent Service and Great Platform! As the expensive market leader I expected greater benefits from their large database (greater quality leads), however in comparison to competitors, the level of service and functionality of the platform are unrivalled.

"Good but be diligent to get the most from the system"

Lead Forensics is good but it does require the user to be diligent in their use of the system. You need to make sure your team understand it so they can maximise their use of the great information available.

Sarah Courtney was working on our account and in that time has been the consumate professional. She understands her product set very well and has always been helpful in guiding us through its features. I am particularly impressed by her ability to gently but firmly refocus our meanderings and set achievable tasks and action plans at each scheduled contact. I consider Sarah to be a talented individual with a strong work ethic and as such a valuable asset in any organisation.

"I get an email from Emma Richards…"

I get an email from Emma Richards nearly every day. When receive one I delete it and add that sender to my junk list. The next day I get another one from Emma Richards with a slightly different email address. I have had two so far today - if that's not spam I don't know what is. I might have looked at the email if I hadn't received the same one from the same "person" again and again but I am getting seriously pi**ed off with this company.
I don't want to click on any link even if it says unsubscribe here as I don't want to provoke an avalanche of further spam.
