"Catch Scam website"

Hi, it was my first experience of buying from this site and it seems to be the last. I didn't know that this site is a scam site. I completed purchasing the item over 2 months ago and have received nothing. My experience with this site was really the worst ever. The item stopped tracking 2/10 from DHL then I was told it was diverted to Australia Post and I tracked the item on Australia Post but to no avail I was not provided with any useful information I will not use the site again nor advise anyone to

some reason can't link my flybuys to catch account won't let me (saying email or password wrong) but I'm sure its not ??

I bought a supposedly new phone from Catch. A couple of months later it gets blocked by the Rental Company that actually owns the phone.

The resolution Catch offers ? We'll arrange to unlock it for you.

The Catch staff were wonderful and quite helpful with my issues. I had a delivery that was delayed significantly but I couldn't get a hold of the courier company so they messaged the provider and tried to get the information I needed.

Quick delivery and easy, stress-free assembly. Not to mention that the product is really good value for money - the overlying carpet is made from good quality, durable material and the ceiling fixator is soft silicone so as to not mark the ceiling. It doesn't dominate the space so looks lovely in our small apartment, and our cat absolutely loves playing on the platforms/sleeping on the top levels. Overall, we are really impressed with this product. Would highly recommend to any cat parents!
