I recently ordered a product but realised quite quickly that I'd ordered the wrong one. Because I rang within 20 minutes of placing my order I was able to cancel it. I spoke to Arnold who was so very helpful and friendly and he was able to assist me in a timely manner. He was great and my order was cancelled immediately. Also, within minutes of my hanging up from Arnold, PayPal notified me that they were refunding the amount I'd just paid!!! Thank you Arnold. Very much appreciated your attitude and efficiency. "Woeful Packaging."
As an Ex Warehouse Manager, the people who pack these items for catch should be sacked instantly. Absolutely poor packaging, wasted box space with no packing inside to stop stuff from sliding around. That is lost money in boxes, learn to cut them to size. I really think these people need some training I think!
Otherwise, besides from losing an order, I have had no other drama's. But they only get a 2 star rating I'm sorry due to their lack of care when item packing.

Unfortunately my order was not packed well, and items were damaged as a result. However, my frown was turned upside down after speaking with Krizelda in customer care who listened to me, looked up my order, and assisted me professionally, while offering empathy for my situation - which was solved quickly and appropriately. Even thought my original order was not as expected, the customer care I received will keep me loyal to Catch.
