I ordered two pairs of shoes that were the wrong size. I was able to lodge a return through the Catch of the Day app and under their Change of Mind Policy I was approved for exchange. I had an issue printing off the label that was required to go on the exterior of the parcel that I intended to return. I contacted catch through the number listed on their website and spoke with Caryl who was more than happy to help. Within 5 minutes she had solved my issue. It was a great experience.
