"Useless as a paperbag in the rain"

Used to be great , now no matter what I buy even stuff I purchased before says can't deliver to.my postcode. It's not just me none of my friends can purchase anything either from this postcode . Customer call centre was useless as a paperbag in the rain . Yes I understand something are out of stock from third party sellers etc but it won't let us buy anything

Habe auf dieser Seite etwas bestellt. Das kam defekt an und nun kann ich trotz Passwortänderung und vieler Versuche nicht mehr anmelden. Auch meine diesbezüglichen Mails werden nicht beantwortet.
Schlimmer geht fast nicht mehr.
Nie mehr wieder bestelle ich was bei catch.app und rate allen das auch nicht zu tun

"Its a worst place to do shopping,"

Its a worst place to do shopping. My delivery was expected within a week but it didn’t arrive when with 2 weeks gone. I wrote to the customer service and they told me its delayed and will arrive 1 weeks later but no it didn’t arrive in 3rd week as well . Then again the customer service guy told me same the next week. This process continued and i wanted to see how thing goes here so i remained calmed and waited. 2 months past and I couldn’t be more calm anymore so i wrote to customer guy to tell whats going on. He simply told me my items was lost and i will be refunded. What a easy answer and shameful behaviour it is. No care for customers. Why to hold my money for 2 months when this was the answer. I could have easily placed next order in the 2nd week.
Lame and worst experience ever. Better change the name to wish.com

"Had it for a few months now"

Had this for a few months now.
It is motion sensored. Light is very white and bright.
After a few months, 1 or 2 out of 4 of the lights began flickering, not sure if it was not fully charged or if its broken. Overall for the price, It is still ok to use.
