"ordered wheelbarrow didn’t despatch 14 days"

I ordered a wheelbarrow 28 Sep on catch.com.au which initially showed that it would be sent out in 3 days from warehouse. But it’s been 14 days now and still not been dispatched yet and the advertisement still shows that it would be dispatched in 3 days. I found someone’s review here which just happened a month ago got exactly same experience like me.
update: finally received on 21th Oct without any notice or dispatch number.
