Terrible experience

Was initially advised item was in stock and would dispatch in 2 days. Then received a text saying there was a delay (but not to worry) but no update/delivery info. Rang 2 days later to be advised that I would "need to be patient for 1 - 2 business days while they looked into it" (and to correspond via email).

3 business days later still no update, followed up via email but got no response. Rang to chase up and was advised that I would "need to be patient for another 1 - 2 business days while the matter was escalated".

Received a notification advising goods had been dispatched but there were no tracking details to follow up. 2 days later, goods still not delivered and chased up tracking details. Advised that I would "need to be patient for 2 - 3 business days while the matter was escalated".

Finally received goods after nearly 3 weeks (but no updates about tracking details etc.)

"Absolutely Pathetic - Don’t Bother"

Placed an order on 14th November with Catch, part of which was supposed to be a birthday present for my beautiful Mum who has only recently lost her husband (my Dad). Estimated delivery was supposed to be 5-10 days to metropolitan areas. 12 days later and the parcel is apparently still sitting at the facility where it was dropped waiting to be processed! Best part is, I’m about to make my third repayment for an order I do not have. I have contacted Catch twice and they basically told me there are delays and to deal with it! Thanks Catch! Had I known you would take the money for my Mums present only to then let both her and me down, I would have gone elsewhere! Your customer service is a joke and before taking peoples hard earned money and ruining special events, perhaps you should update your shipping times so customers are not left heartbroken and desperately looking for a present they thought they already had. I would rate you zero stars if I could after this experience!
