After having the lawn mower for 4 weeks the lawn mower went back for repair, they tried to charge me and said there was not enough oil in the mower, but they told me to drain the oil & petrol before transport to them. When they sent the lawn mower back to me, they sent the wrong one back which wasn't mine.

Your reperenstative Banazeer Dawood was very polite helpful and responded fairly quickly. However it has taken me nearly a week to actually get the item sent and the delay has been rather frustrating.

I am very happy with this Lawnmower! Being cordless is so convenient and the battery is more than sufficient for a small lawn and recharges relatively quickly. Love the facility to change the height and the mulching option too.

When my Rotovator/Tiller arrived, there was a slight issue with the extension mudguard on the left hand side - it was missing.
One call later (without selecting from a myriad of options) and a very helpful staff member, Banazeer arranged for a replacement part to be shipped.

"Great if you Want to be Screwed Over"
I purchased a Hyundai 17"/43cm 139cc Self-propelled Petrol Lawnmower from this company and it started leaking fuel from the main pipe after less than 3 months, I only used if a handful of times.
Worse than this though is the shoddy customer experience from Genpower, they have requested that I dismantle certain parts of it and put it in a large box for them to collect.
I told them last week that I’m currently in hospital on a mental health section 2, I’m unable to leave hospital. They’ve not stopped emailing me and have completely got in the way of my recuperation.
They have been utterly bloody useless, probably even as useless as the crappy lawnmower they sold me.
