"Genpower have failed to execute…"
Genpower have failed to execute delivery of a lawn mower which we bought from their apparent agents, Toolsite on the 9th July. Repeated ‘phone calls have proved to be fruitless other than to have confirmation that they have received the order from Toolsite. We would not recommend dealings with either Genpower or Toolsite.

Brush cutter arrived with a part that seemed to have been damaged in transit, it's annoying but I accept these things can and do happen.
Solomon B at Hyundai sorted the issue straight away and sent, what turned out to be, a complete replacement section, not just the damaged part, which saved any disassembly and reassembly of the machine.

Not a great experience with this machine, some things on instruction not clear and I only get 10/15 mins if use before it over heats and I have to let it cool down
It also cuts quite often,
When working machine works well but is too heavy
for domestic use

"Customer Service issues"
My purchase did not work when it arrived. Contacted customer services and was told they were going to send a part to get the machine working. Then another agent contacted me telling me how to repair the machine. I replied 4 times and had no response. Contacted customer services again who told me to box machine up and return it. They picked it up then I had to wait for another machine to arrive. We got there in the end but did mean I was a few weeks with a non working machine. Not ideal.
The machine is brilliant now it works and I am really pleased with it.

I raised an issue about a damaged product delivered and since could not get resolution, The customer service cannot be reached by phone and despite leaving my telephone number to be contacted, I keep getting an email that am not reachable. this is a joke

I received my new mower just under a month, first when it came a nut was poking out of the box couldn’t see we’re it had came from but used the email address just to let the company know, the handle came loose ,explained my problem to the team and a replacement is on its way , would buy another mower when I need one and would recommend to family and friends 10/10 thank you Hyundai 🤗🤗👍

"Fool me twice"
Please learn from my mistakes by not bying poor quality equipment.
First one I brought, on day one of use:
-Harness strap broke.
-Fuel filter fell off inside the petrol tank, causing the engine to stick.
Called after sales:
-Was told I would get a replacement as soon as they received the product back.
-Needed the tool for work before the weekend, so they arranged refund and I purchased a new one after being told I was extremely unlucky with this fault.
-New machine did not arrive before the weekend as promised.
-Took over a week to receive refund from item collection.
Second machine arrived
-2 hours of use I heard rattling in the petrol tank and the engine started miss firing.
-Went to switch off the machine, only to find out the off button was jammed meaning I had to stall the machine by dangerously hitting the brush cutter Blades against hard ground. I'm greatful I wasn't using the chainsaw at the time.
-investigated and saw the filter had fallen off again in the petrol tank.
Called after sales and explained everything
-said that they were awear of the faulty stop switch.
-to my disbelief after talking to their manager they said they could send me out a new switch, ignoring the engine fault I had carefully explained.
-2nd machine was arranged for collection and received a refund a week later.
The amount of time I wasted with assembly and dismantleling and sending product back is unforgivable.
Telling me that they were aware of the faulty off switch and still selling the product in my mind is a huge violation of safety and I will be informing trading standards.
At the start of this journey, I was enquiring about the stock of a lawnmower and other Tools and when they were available to purchase, no one would get back to me and tell me an answer after many emails, just apologies and say they would find this out. Turns out I would never want to purchase from this company ever again.

I bought my new mower after buying a multi head strummer set. Like the multi tool it arrived very quickly, was easy to assemble and starts and works well. I am a convert to Hyundai now!!
