"Nothing dreadful but regret my purchase."

Nothing dreadful, but I do regret my purchase.
Days after delivery, B&Q had an offer of 25% off a better brand (orange) which I’d rather have had.
I needed a small, lightweight electric mower with a roller for stripes.
Positives:
(1) It is lightweight and therefore easy for an older person to carry & manoeuvre.
(2) Blue makes a pleasant change from orange.
(3) It has a nifty option to mulch the grass cuttings and throw them back onto the lawn to return the nutrients back to the lawn.
(4) The lead is a good length at 10m.
Negatives:
(1) Only 3 cutting heights – I’m using the middle one, as I don’t want it too short or too long, but you’d hardly know it had been cut as it always looks a bit of mess.
(2) The roller doesn’t leave any stripes, as if it doesn’t reach the ground. Or perhaps the mower is so lightweight that there is no pressure onto the roller and it just bounces across the top of the grass?
(3) Adjusting the cutting height is horribly fiddly and annoying - this is the worst thing about the whole mower. You have to do all four corners of the mower individually, with the mower upside down. Very fiddly for an older person - indeed for most people, I should think. And it’s hard to see if you’ve got the rods into the correct slots.
(4) I deliberately bought from B&Q as they are my most local shop of this kind, but now I see that if I have any problems with the mower, I have to deal with Genpower Ltd., not with B&Q, so this is exactly what I didn’t want to happen.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had !! Product was not fit for purpose, I even burnt myself putting it down !! Made a complaint over a week ago !!
Sent the serial number, photo of boxed item. Still nothing !!!
Don’t be fooled by the Hyundai name !!

The lawnmower I required was an adjustable self propelled, replacing a Mountfield, the model chosen claims to be self propelled but was not variable. The advert did not say and despite advising the staff to that required effect nobody suggested which model would suit my mobility problem needs. As it was and is a good machine I am left with spending out far more than I needed to for an extra I am unable to use.

I set out & purchase over £700 pounds…
I set out & purchase over £700 pounds worth of Hyundai garden tools spend £200 pound on a multi tool & you don't even get a small bottle of oil to get you going. I also purchase a £300 pound lawn mower & a £250 pound leaf blower which had manufacture defects in a couple of place so I've raised a complaint & returned it, but I'm still waiting for the replacement blower when I was told by DTWtools that I'd get a replacement as soon as Hyundai could see the faulty product was in transit to be returned. This took place on 23rd June yet I'm still waiting for my replacement leaf blower, 30th June contacted GenPower to be told the 76cc leaf blowers are out of stock so this is why I've not received my replacement leaf blower so why not tell the customer instead of letting them just wait for nothing. So now they want to refund me the £250.00 pounds I paid, so if I want to replace it when they are back in stock its going to Cost me £279.99 so another £30.00 pounds because they have put the price up. I feel like returning the whole consignment after being totally messed about they've not considered offering some sort of good will gesture for any of the inconvenience that has been caused. I wont be purchasing these products again. I'm totally disgusted with the service of this company.
