"Strimmer Nightmare"

I’ve had this strimmer for around two months and used it twice. This week was very frustrating in that the plastic feed line kept breaking first one side then the next. Had to keep stopping and take the thing apart to access cartridge and reposition the plastic line. Don’t know if it’s plastic at fault causing breakages. Soon need a new reel at this rate. Disappointing.

Easy to assemble except the grass box was extremely difficult

"Self-Propelled Petrol Lawnmower HYM460SP."

I purchased a Hyundai 18"/46cm 139cc Self-Propelled Petrol Lawnmower, HYM460SP. The machine was delivered within a few days of ordering.

On opening the box, noticed that the grass collection box had a dent in it and the machine handle had scratches.

Set up the machine, and after cutting the lawn noticed that oil had leaked.

Sent an email to Hyundai Genpower Aftersales. They arranged for the machine to be picked up and arranged for a brand new one to be delivered.

The after sales service was absolutely brilliant and I was kept up to date on progress of despatch and delivery of machine.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Hyundai.
