I just wanted to acknowledge how impressed I have been with the service I have received from Peter Whuatorhe in respect of having my lawnmower repaired under guarantee.

Initially I was doubtful this would be resolved to my satisfaction but I’m glad to say I was wrong.

The professionalism displayed in handling my enquiry was quite refreshing. All action required by myself was clear and concise and all emails were answered very quickly. I must also acknowledge how quickly the item was collected, repaired and returned which obviously involved other departments.

I recently bought a Hyundai HYM430SP. After a couple of weeks the mower would not stay started. I contacted Hyundai support and spoke to Banazeer. Having explained the problem I was offered a repair or replacement. I opted for the replacement but stressed I needed it quickly as I use the mower for my business. Banazeer was extremely helpful and explained that, although replacements are not sent out until they receive the old unit as long as I could provide evidence of collection (which Hyundai paid for) a new mower would be sent out straight away. Pleased to say both the collection and delivery were completed in 2 days. Great Service.
