We ordered a lawnmower which proved very unsatisfactory for reasons already explained. Your after sales team have reacted promptly and with courtesy and offered a solution which we find acceptable.
Following conversations with Benazeer ,who was very , helpful , we were given reassurances which has given us the confidence to purchase a replacement direct with yourselves

I recently purchased two items, an HYM430SPE mower and a battery powered strimmer. The orders were acknowledged with order numbers, but nothing else that indicated an invoice. You require an invoice as proof of purchase in the event of any warranty issues. I therefore contacted Genpower to get clarity. Banazeer Dawood replied stating that the order number was sufficient, and also sent a pdf invoice for each item, thereby bringing resolution to this request, 193330
I thank Banazeer for the prompt advice and service. The help has been much appreciated.

Edit 14 July. Following my email, Genpower did get in touch. They arranged for the saw to be picked up and a full refund. So whilst I still think the saw is not so good, I am impressed with the customer service.
The HYTS1800E 250mm I purchased is simply appalling!
The plastic frame and the thin tin plate table flex just by looking at them. The rip fence is about 5mm out of true across the table and the mitre fence is so loose in the track that cutting a mitre with perhaps 20Degree accuracy would be a miracle.
Ideally, I want to be rid of this heap of dysfunctional rubbish so I guess I'll ebay it.
Interestingly, after purchase, I received emails asking me not to post negative reviews before speaking with the "Reviews Manager". I emailed said contact but haven't received anything back so I guess they don't really care about customer satisfaction.
All in all, a poor experience that I would urge others to avoid.

Collected my £400 Hyundai Lawnmower and now won't let me have it back. The drive broke after a couple of uses.
Hyundai customer service should not have this shody customer service company looking after they Aftersales. Gen Power Ltd - what a joke company! Should be ashamed of your dishonesty.
