"Two things that I am unhappy with"

Two things that I am unhappy with. First I rang your call centre with a problem with my lawnmower however it was the weekend and I left a voicemail detailing my mower was running very rich and cutting out. I left my number but no one has called me back. I’ve fixed the problem.
Second the battery doesn’t charge from the engine running. There are no instructions about routinely charging the battery except when you leave for the winter. Is the engine supposed to charge the battery ?
