Purchased Hyundai engine powered strimmer/multi tool, unfortunately on the second time of using the engine stopped working, we contacted Genpower. The process of contacting Genpower was simple and once all checks done the item was collected for free, repaired as it was only a couple of months old, then returned free of charge, also emails received from Jade were extremely helpful and they explained what to do and what was repaired/replaced, very good service highly recommended,

"Poor service and product from Genpower"
We ordered a lawn mower from Genpower an Hyundai petrol 22 inch with electric start in February 2023. It was delivered the next day. After 3 grass cutting sessions the mower broke down. One of the rear wheels buckled and I could see the axle had bent. This occured only after turning the mower on a flat piece of grass to start a new strip of grass. There is obviously a weakness in this mower to cause this. Trying to contact Genpower to report this was horrendous. We left anserphone messages, emails. Just got messages we are currently busy but will get back, which they never do. Eventually after 3 days trying to contact a friendly lady answered and agreed to arrange collection of the mower. Genpower would not agee a refund. After it was returned we received an email saying the part to repair was not in stock. We emailed back to again ask for refund. This was refused again and told the part had somehow turned up. The mower returned 3 days later when we had specifically mentioned we were not at home. Lots of inconvenience having to come back to accept from courier. Upper plastic part of mower was damaged and we continue to await replacement for this part. Genpower agreed we had been highly inconvenienced and offer some compensation. This was an insult as the compensation offered was for 10% off another mower which was more expensive than it had been offered on e bay the previous week. Genpower said this was the best they could do. All round the product and service and communication was terrible and would never recommend anyone to buy a product from Genpower.
