I ordered a Sofa for £609, four days later I received an email from this company saying that the sofa was out of stock and my only options were a full refund or wait for it to become available in the future without any date in mind.
I said that I wanted a full refund and was told that it would be processed.. it’s been 8 weeks since then and I still haven’t received any refund!! I have emailed & called multiple times and haven’t heard from anyone. Terrible customer service and accounts department, scammers. They reply more to reviews than to their emails, disgraceful company.

Tray is gorgeous and well packed, delivery takes a longer than originally stated 5-7 days so i took a start off for that, it would have been 5 stars otherwise , they did keep me updated tho so i knew it was on its way eventually

I ordered 2 large jars beginning of July. No response queried several times and tried to call no one picking up the phone. Finally got through was promised items would arrive following week, again nothing. I then cancelled my order as email stated items had not been processed let alone shipped. After looking at reviews I don't think I will be getting my requested refund. APPAULING SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a cabinet damaged on arrival, poor packaging, second atempt damaged worse than the first, again returned over 2 weeks and still no refund into my bank for this item, sent over 4 emails last reply was a week ago saying will chase this up, very disappointed

Paint ordered 8th July. Advised 11th July out of stock. I requested refund & despite a few email replies assuring me it would be processed,still no refund. I will raise a payment dispute via my bank. Very poor service, would never use again & puts you off using other small businesses.
