"Great job across the board "

We had such a great time during our trip to Thailand booked thru UME. All the excursion, accomadations and transportation organized was spot on. Big shout out to our guides - Ying in Bangkok, Anan in Chiang Mai and Jay in Samui. They did a fantastic job, funny and provided great information along the way. Ivan and Ms Tip were always ready to help if we had any questions or concerns. Great job everyone, you made us feel special and help us make some great memories. Thank you!!

We were quite pleased with our recent trip with Dan and his team. They were well organized for every step. All of our connections were on time and pickups and transfers were smooth. They were able to fit in the vast majority of requests particularly great restaurants our friends suggested. All of the hotels were 5 star. Our guides were committed to all of our needs.

"Japan 2024, 6+ city Tour"

Starting with Ivan, both Guides (David and Jeremy) and all but one driver went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, convenience, accomodation of my walking restrictions, ease of travel, seamless hotel arrivals and departures, and basically full enjoyment of all the wonder that Japan offers.
First David, 4 days, then Jeremy, 14 days, possessed in depth historical knowledge, shopping and street smarts, accommodating weather issues when needed to ensure we had terrific time sightseeing and participating in various Japan activities! Timing arrival/departure of attractions to meet our needs. Both worked with our Driver Martin closely to find closest drop off and pick-up points for all attractions. Throughout the 18 days of touring both kindly and gently accommodated our (mostly me) walking restriction. Assisting me when necessary. These professionals were the best of the best!!! I highly recommend UME Travel to anyone interested in visiting Japan.

UME travel took the daunting task of planning a multi-city vacation for myself and family and made it simple.
Phoebe from UME worked to customize the trip for us, and was helpful and communicative when there were questions/concerns regarding hotels and travel arrangements.

Detailed itineraries were personalized to our requirements, and knowledgeable private guides were provided in each city to set up tours and provide transportation services along with local recommendations.

This is not something I could've done easily on my own.

"Knowledgeable Guide"

Steven from UME travel created a great Thailand itinerary for us. We asked to experience the food, history and culture. So far we have gotten everything we asked and more. We have started in Bangkok with Mr. Monchai, who was very knowledgeable about Thailand. He shared with us the history of everywhere we went. We ended up adding a last minute activity and he made it happen. Our driver was very helpful and always had cold water ready for us to keep us hydrated. We are on our way to the next part of our adventure, but we wanted to share our experience so far. We will come back and add to our review after the next leg of our trip.

This was my first travel to Japan. Dan Li was my assigned travel consultant. He is a phenomenal person to work with and helped me plan a mix of fun, relaxing, and breathtaking trip with my husband and 8 year old daughter. Our 11 day travel included Tokyo, Mt Fuji, Kyoto and Osaka. Everything was so organized and well planned. I really enjoyed our tour guides David and Issac! Our guides ANAN and YING were awesome! Very knowledgeable, funny and polite. They went out of their way to make sure our 8yr old son was always taken of. We had a wonderful time with them over the 2 weeks. Thank you for making our first trip to Thailand so memorable and awesome! We will never forget you!

Our Agent Lan Liu was very accommodating and communicative during pre tour and during our tour. We had to make changes ahead of our vacation and she was flexible and worked well with us on all of our needs. We also negotiated our price and it was fair for everyone. "Amber was a great help"

I needed help to quickly put together a trip to Japan for myself, wife, and 18yr old daughter. Amber offered good suggestions, adjusted to our requests, and processed things very quickly. The trip was planned with just a few email exchanges. She checked in with me on arrival day to make sure we had gotten checked into the hotel without trouble. The hotels she selected were perfect. The cars provided by UME were excellent. The local tour guides were great. Their knowledge and ability to explain the history in English was perfect. They offered great alternatives for heavy rain days but made sure we got to see what was important to us. Amber checked in to make sure all was good. I'm very happy with the service she provided. It was a great trip and a hit with my family.
