How do I start this conversation, about UME outstanding service. I was celebrating my seventy third birthday. and I had never been in the far East before, so, it was extremely important I choose the correct service to help navigate my way around Thailand. Well I make the chose when I decide to go with this travel agency. They had one their agency with me every step of the way from the time I woke in the morning , I went to bed at time. I knew everything was set in motion. They met me at the airport and make it possible for to feel that they would be a part of my travel. Only problem that I experience was at the last step of my process. I was a little worry about finding the shuttle bus to the last hotel. All the hotel include the service was outstanding. All my trouble about the trip left me, after I was introduced to my team. Eva Wang of UME Travel China organised a fantastic solo tour for me to visit the Giant Panda bases in Chengdu, Dujiangyan and Wolong. This has been a lifelong dream of mine and Eva and UME Travel China made that dream come true. From the moment I was fetched at Chengdu airport until I departed, I was looked after by a wonderful, caring tour guide who knew everything you need to know about Giant Pandas. Wolong stood out as the cherry on top as it is right in the mountains in their natural habitat. I enjoyed seeing them playing and eating bamboo. "Bali"

We took a two week tour of Bali. We stayed in 4 different locations on different islands. Phoebe set everything up and we could not have been more happy. Each place we went it was organized down to the guides, taxi drivers, boat rides and hotels. Shout out to the guides Darta in Bali and Firman in Lombok. They were excellent. I would definitely use UME again for travel.

We used UME Travel (Dan Li) for an 18 day trip to Japan and the Philippines. Due to an airline mechanical delay, we missed our connection to Tokyo. We contacted Dan and he immediately was able to change our transfers, itinerary and he was most helpful. Later in the trip, we had to change the itinerary quickly due to weather issues and once again Dan was able to quickly change our itinerary/hotel and secure new airplane tickets as they were needed. Dan was very responsive, very helpful and it was comforting to know that whatever issue may arise, he would quickly respond and help. All the transfers and guides arranged by UME were perfect and hotels were excellent/well located. I would not hesitate to use UME Travel again for any vacation going to Asia.

Amber did an amazing job planning my Japan trip from start to finish! I gave her dates, a list of places we wanted to visit, and my budget, that was all! We received a full, detailed itinerary to include transportation, tour guides, and drivers!!!! Everything was considered, even things I didn’t think of like a SIM card for international travel and must-see places to visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The hotels were great, with great breakfast! Our tour guides were so friendly and helpful.
