"Great Experience!"

Communication was great whenever I had any questions. My travel guide/agent Lan Liu made the process pretty easy and made it convenient. We were provided a guide and transportation which really helped with exploring the country.

"Thailand 2024"

We just completed a wonderful trip to Thailand (Nov 2024) curated by UME Travel and Phoebe Fu (Travel Advisor).
Phoebe was fabulous. She listened to all our ideas and suggestions. She responded quickly to all our recommendations. I would definitely use UME and Phoebe again.

"Trip to China "

We had a great time during our trip, Eva did a great job being available for us to answer me any questions. We loved our time in China and everything was planned to perfection, they were on time every single day, the guides were so attentive and flexible to our needs and always available to help us resolve any issue we had.
Transportation was great as well, the vans were very comfortable.
Accommodation was mostly great, almost all of our hotels were amazing and in great locations.
Food was our only issue, we struggled towards the end because it seemed to be more of the same and usually restaurants on the cheaper end to save budget, perhaps we should’ve specified to allocate more budget towards food.
The activities suggested were fantastic, we feel like we truly got to see everything each place had to offer. The only activities we didn’t quite like were things like mask painting, as we feel we didn’t travel that far to do little diy activities like that.
The guides were truly amazing, we had a great time with all of them and they were all very knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. For the exception of one of the guides, all of them were above and beyond, especially to make sure we got to our train gate correctly.
In conclusion, we loved our trip and it definitely would’ve been a completely different story if we hadn’t gone with UME

"Japan and Singapore "

Dan Li coordinated our trip to Japan and Singapore very well, and was very easy to work with. His customer service skills were excellent. We also loved our guides John and Yukiko in Japan, and Cindy in Singapore. They were all very knowledgeable, spoke great English, and went above and beyond to show us a good time. Overall, we had a great with UME.

"China trip"

We had wonderful time. UMA did great job organizing the trip. Everything was perfect and Eva was available 24/7 for any questions with quick response. Tour guides in every destination were knowledgeable and very accommodating.
We had extensive 25 days trip. I was honestly quite sceptical in the beginning because we just picked this company online without any references but they did fantastic job.

"Amazing memories"

From planning stages to the final day of our trip, everything was professional and smooth. Dan Li prepared a trip that exceeded our expectations. Accommodations, flight arrangements, tour leaders and excursions all were first rate. Dan continuously checked in with us during the trip. Thank you!

"Absolutely amazing"

Absolutely amazing! Amber (our travel agent) was amazing fitting our budget and what we wanted to do and making it fit to a tee. UME travel took care of everything when it came to traveling in Japan! We had a great experience with 2 different travel guides we had Giulia and Naoki. Both very knowledgeable and very nice and made the whole thing fun for us. Was very flexible of we wanted to change things or do anything differently! Highly recommend them when traveling and will be using them again!

We just git back this week from a wonderful 2 week Japan vacation organized by Amber from UME travel. From the Bego it when we started planning the trip Amber was a delirar to work with: friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The trip she planned was exactly what we wanted which was an off the beaten path, fall
Leaf viewing, culturally immersive trip! Amber was not only super helpful during the planning process but she was also wonderfully attentive durning our trip making sure everything ran smoothly and taking care of all details. Our drivers and guides in Japan were knowledgeable , kind and attentive and Amber took care to check on us constantly making sure everything was going smoothly. We were especially pleasantly surprised by a couple of off the beaten path destinations that Amber recommended like the volcanic park in which we had a magical time having the bright fall
Colors almost all to ourselves. We are looking forward to booking our next trips to Asia with UME travel and Amber and can’t wait to be back to Japan.

"Great planning; super guide on the ground"

Lan did a great job of putting together the agenda for our first trip to Japan. We had a long list of specific things we wanted to see and Lan also assisted with ideas for additional sites and experiences. We are not "regular itinerary" (what everyone else does) travelers. Jeremy was our ground on the ground. He was young, energetic and very knowledgeable. Our 18 year old son enjoyed talking with him and visiting sites for the younger crowd. I would definitely recommend both if planning a trip to Japan. The only confusion was about staying in a Ryokan. We were expected a experience like you see in the movies - small single story hut with paper walls and bamboo floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens. We ended up in a multistory high-rise with a traditional hardwood door off the hallway much like a western style hotel. Once inside there were a couple of sliding doors and we slept on the floor. Other than that one misunderstanding, we had a wonderful two week experience and would use UME Travel again in a heartbeat.

"Japan was amazing!!!"

Japan was amazing and Dan planned the perfect trip for us. Had a great mix of old and new Japan. Would recommend this trip to everyone!
