I recently had a ASHP & Solar & Battery systems installed by Greener Energy, the whole process from the home appointment to discuss the best products & options that suits your needs & property, quote, acceptance, right up to the installations are effortless, they keep you updated at every turn, what & when they propose to do it & the time scale it will take. The install teams & trades are professional, polite, everything is put back & left how they found it. So respectful, makes the initial upheaval of the install less stressful.
If for any reason you do need help or just general advice the office team are on another level, nothing is too much trouble, with the added bonus your always get the same person to speak to, so they will always know your situation, no frustration of having to explain many times every time you call.
All documents after the install are emailed within 24hrs if not sooner and clearly mlabled as to what they are. It really is hassle free. I would recommend this company 100%

With the Government Loan and funding we found the help and knowledge of Debbie in the office invaluable with making theses claims, made the whole process go so much smoothly. Debbie really does go above and beyond if needed.

The sales person who gave me the quote was particularly friendly, communicated with me clearly and was very helpful when I had any questions, even when he knew he didn't get the job.

Had our heat pump and boiler serviced last week by Martin Lobjoie. Martin is a great guy and what a thorough job he did. He tested, measured and cleaned (including a filter which in previous services had not been done). He also explained some of the workings to us and gave us valuable advice re the running of the system. Well done Martin.

"A Victorian semi"

Ours was a fairly complicated installation in an old Glasgow stone-built semi so, inevitably I guess, the initial heat pump scheme was a little over-optimistic and needed to be revised to a hybrid system at the technical survey stage. Installation also took a little longer than initially estimated, but the end result looks good! Installers were great - neat, tidy, friendly, and coped professionally with the occasional glitches.
