Very happy with the New air source system.the house is super warm.the installing team were efficient fast and very helpful in explaining the system to us.two radiators are still to be fitted as they never arrived in time.but still have the old ones working at the moment.all in all delighted.with the greener energy group.

Our initial installation date was delayed by 3 weeks but we were offered some support to see us through that time as there was a chance we might run out of heating oil. When the team did arrive, they were friendly, professional and efficient, getting everything installed and working in 3 days.

From sales, accounts, office support staff and the installation team all played an important role in getting my system designed, installed and operational in a short time frame, even when the two plumbers came down with COVID during the install. If their future after sales support is going to be as good, then I would thoroughly recommend them.

The installation team were excellent. Friendly, professional, considerate and committed to keeping us well informed every step of the way. We did have a couple of minor teething problems but these were acted upon by senior staff personally and resolved very promptly. The office/finance team were also very helpful.
