Initially sent me the incorrect replacement product but corrected the error immediately after I had reported the problem. Excellent customer support.

"The screws for wall mounting all broke before they could be screwed into the wall."

While installing the Jaw wall mounts; the screws broke at the base of the head when they were only half way into 2x4. I had to use my own mounting hardware.
