Last year I gave up motorcycling at age 88, my E-bike has replaced that activity albeit on a smaller scale, it gets me out and about, I love my E-bike.
However I need your help, there was no users handbook in the package delivered, you helped me with the broken stand, that is ok now. I am concerned with how to get it serviced, I cannot ride it to the nearest shop at Kenn near Exeter, where can I go?

I was about to leave on holiday and my wife and I made a quick decision that we wanted to take our bikes with us .. however, as we were going to tour some Scottish islands (with lots of hills!!) we elected to buy a couple of e-bikes at the last minute. I could not find a company who were able to deliver the e-bikes that we were looking for (ORBEA Vibes) apart from e-bikeshop who were super helpful, delivered on time, in perfect working order. We love the bikes (tried and tested!) and couldn't be more happy with the service. Would highly recommend!
