"Delivery let down"
So looking forward to my spares and fitting over the weekend, you scheduled delivery with DHL, they sent me tracker but late Friday said it was now to be delivered the next working day and it was at the delivery depot. Their DHL next working day is Saturday, but no delivery, tracker still says at delivery depot.
Still waiting…hope it arrives Monday, I need the parts to get to work.
Update: DHL delivered Monday and parts fitted in 20 minutes and all good. Very Happy with parts and ordering no reflection on e-bike shop. Just DHL needs to deliver as promised and no opportunity to review them.

"E-Bikeshop point blank…refused to accept my complaint. (Instead continued to accuse me of being at fault and that I was basically lying)."
This was due to E-Bikeshop point blank refusing to accept that the derailer on my brand new bike was in some either faulty or not fitted correctly etc. Therefore only way in which I could use my brand new bike was to purchase replacement albeit they sold me it at cost!!!!!!!!!

Had an issue with an motor cut out after changing the tyre on the rear wheel. Received great support via email to help diagnose and fix the issue though as it was a job I was not comfortable doing I took the bike to be repaired. Again really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable support. Bike was fixed in just over an hour whilst I waited.

"Dispatch notification issues but sorted by e-bike shop following a quick call"
So I've received an email from e-bikeshop chasing me to leave a review of the product I ordered and their service. Bit hard to do I'm afraid as the status on your site still shows the product I ordered as awaiting shipping eventhough it was ordered four days ago, no dispatch confirmation received so assume you still haven't shipped it. So as its not been shipped and not been received I don't see how I can leave you a review of it. Perhaps send the emails chasing a review after the product has been shipped by you and actually received by the customer?
Update 15th November : Ben has been in contact, appears delay with courier DHL, next day service, sent Tuesday 12th delivered today 15th November.
I had received no email to confirm dispatch so all I had to go on was the initial order confirmation which linked back to site and still showed as not dispatched. Ben called me yesterday to re assure order had been dispatched and sent me the tracking detail via another email which I did receive and did confirm item in transit at that time.
As order now received and alternate comms received I have updated my review accordingly.
