"Won't warranty their products"
Do not buy from this unprofessional company. Makes promises of warranty if anything is or goes wrong with their products, then doesn't want to know you after the fact. Purchased an expensive rug only to a find a large section edge stitching not even connected to the rug. Sent photo to them to show fault, said they would fix it if I returned the rug. Drove 100km to drop it off, only for them to call back after I got home to state it was anyone's fault but theirs and they won't be fixing it. I will now be taking it to fair trading, as this company is pathetic at customer service. I will never deal with them again. If only I saw all the negative reviews they have from others before I purchased from them. Go elsewhere people and don't give this company a cent!
Response to Cyrus claims: The rug was picked up by a local professional company your company recommended, as I needed 50cm cut off the end to fit in my lounge room. The section that was faulty was in the middle of the rug length that wouldn't have even been touched or unrolled with in their possession as stated by them. They have since fixed it at at my expense and unlike your company, they said they would have been happy to solve it at their cost if in anyway it could have happened in their care. The manager of your store stated they would fix it if I returned it after viewing photo's sent to him and I never asked for a refund, just wanted it fixed which is a reasonable ask when someone has spend a lot of money on a "quality rug" which I'm not so sure about now. But as usual like all the many negative reviews your company have, it's just more excuses negating responsibility to warranty your products. Just pathetic!!!

Don't buy from this store. Total waste of $550.00 the carpet I bought online doesn't roll out and stay flat. It curls up at least 3 rolls. I put upside down barstools and heavy box on it for 5 days from the day I received it, didn't work still curling all around on all 4 sides. I have to throw it away, not fit for purpose.
Cyrus Rugs emailed 4/10/23 and said to roll the carpet in the opposite way or put it in the sun for one day. One wonders why it wasn't rolled in the correct direction to begin with. We tried rolling in opposite direction & that it didn't work, it kept unrolling and Im not putting it in the sun for day weighted down so birds/neighbours cat can pee/poo on it. Carpet-cleaning guy who was here today for another room said those types of carpets never lie flat because of how they are made, waste of money.

Jacinta was amazing, poor thing was alone on her lunch break when we interrupted her. Even though she was working alone she tended to everybody calmly and professionally. Jacinta was a wealth of knowledge and very approachable, super strong as she had to move and grab our chosen rug all alone I can only imagine how much hard work moving those rugs would be for her alone, she definitely deserves a raise or at the very least recognition.
