Purchased the rug over 3 weeks ago. At the time of purchase I was asked for email address so that an authentcity certificate could be sent. No certificate has arrived. Rang head office was told they would look into it. Still no response. So sad.

Beautiful rugs. Very high quality and priced very reasonably. I purchased two. The second was unfortunately out of stock. I was offered a full refund, or the option to purchase a different rug.
I selected an alternative rug that is just as gorgeous, but slightly cheaper, and the lovely people at customer service processed my change quickly, all via email, and refunded me the difference. A seamless and pleasurable shopping experience. I highly recommend Cyrus Rugs to everyone.

Service was nice, salesperson was helpful, not pushing us to buy anything,but happy to show us some similar doormats to the one we had seen for our front entrance. We liked the one we had seen first,and that’s what we came away with.Happy to shop there again next time we need a rug.
