Only got one rug and one lady put the phone down on me when I called to find out about it.
In reply, I did not know about the rug not being available and it was only when I called to see where my rugs were that I was told they weren't coming. I did not shout! When I called again, another lady was amazingly helpful, not this first lady.

I purchased a large rug (in stock) on the Cyrus Rugs website. Days later Cyrus Rugs informed me that the purchased rug is currently out of stock. I immediately called to confirm that my rug was indeed in stock at the time of purchase and money was sent quickly and now waiting for delivery from Cyrus Rugs warehouse.
I also asked if stores had any display stock of my desired rug so I may collect in person. I asked if the rug will be restocked. I refused Cyrus Rugs suggestion to choose another style of rug instead.
Administration staff eventually started getting annoyed at my attempts to negotiate any way to receive my purchased rug and eventually they rudely Hung Up The Phone on their upset customer.
I am very disappointed with my first purchase attempt with Cyrus Rugs. I am also very disappointed with Cyrus Rugs Administration Staff claiming that I am angry instead of understanding that I am merely a concerned customer desperately enquiring if other stock is available or if the desired rug is being restocked later.
I want to call Cyrus Rugs Administration again to resolve my $455 purchase but I fear they'll hang up on me again and I won't be able to recover my money. Maybe Fair Trade can assist me.
Very disappointed...terrible experience.

I’m very happy with my rug l ordered Fusion Embossed rug 102-Blue 290x200. I saw this rug in a grey at a friends home and just loved it, it looks fabulous in my room. Very easy to order online, it was delivered in 11 days
