driver on route to airport was speeding and on his phone while driving down the motorway hence it took under 1hr from Swindon to Bristol airport!
return journey was even worse with driver speeding, taking a video call and said he needed to stop at services to get water and was his face as he was really tired. then rubbing his forehead and eyes all the way doing 80+ MPH. it was terrifying for our family!

UNRELIABLE - took booking and payment. Then they cancelled my booking 2hrs before the flight landed at Bournmouth airport at 1am!!! Did not care it was impossible to get another taxi arranged at that time. Happy to leave you stranded. They should not take bookings if they are not going to honour them!!

I am a driver who waited few times more then expected and was not reimbursed as they lying around and they charged me when i handed back the job 5 hours before and they dont have any rights to charge me

Not even was answered and they deleted my account because they couldnt resolve my question where i can complain officialy an email adress was requested .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We paid for meet and greet to be transferred between airports and the driver failed to appear. We checked inside and outside the Airport and finally had to take and pay for a taxi in the rank outside Stansted Aiport in order not to miss our Gatwick flight. They are now refusing to refund the £125 we paid them on 16 April prior to travelling on 3 June. . It’s very disappointing and disgusting that this company feel that they can treat pensioners this way. The taxi driver did send a message saying Are you Okay ? Which was only received after we got a signal and were on our way to Gatwick. My daughter did call to ask where the driver was and was told someone would call her back AND AS NO ONE DID we had to take a taxi from the taxi rank otherwise we would have missed our flight from Gatwick. This company said that as we left the airport without contacting them (which is a lie as we did contact them) they are refusing to refund our money. We have NO IDEA where the driver was as he certainly wasn’t inside the terminal to meet and greet which is what we had for. I have now logged a dispute claim with my bank. This company should not take payment for meet and greet if they are unable to provide this service.

Family holiday drop off and pick up at Glasgow lovely driver same for both journeys. Our plane was delayed in our return and he picked us up as soon as we arrived at the taxi rank

I’ve used this company 4 times. The 1st time was excellent. The 2nd time the driver was so tired that he was dangerous on the roads, and I had to report that. The 3rd time was an adequate service (but their Meet and Greet facility generally is not working well enough).
The last time I used the service it was utterly atrocious.
I pre booked (and paid) for an 11.30pm pick up at Gatwick airport. A delayed flight meant the plane landed at 1.15 am. I tried to contact the driver by text and by phone before I entered the Arrivals Hall. No response.
There was no one waiting for me and no contact from anyone.
As a solo female traveller (71 years old) I was left stranded in the middle of the night at the airport.
I phoned the main number, and the operator also couldn't contact the driver. Her only solution was that an Uber was arranged.
The next morning I phoned to discuss the situation. The young man I spoke to had no knowledge of the event, and very clearly didn't think it was in any way his responsibility to discuss it. There was no concern or apology at all - far from it. I was shocked by how rude he was. I'd asked to speak to the manager, but was told he was working and unable to talk with me! The young man refused to talk further.
My formal complaint resulted in a £15 (20%) rebate, confirmation that training would be given, and that an internal investigation as to why the driver was absent was to be carried out (the outcome of which I would not be privy to!). A one line apology that “I was kept waiting” did not in any way address my issues.
The main importance of taxi firms is that they be trustworthy and reliable. OTS fail so very badly on both. And they don’t appear to care!

Our flight back from Kos was delayed by over an hour and a half.
However, our driver remained in contact with us once we had landed until we were at the scheduled pick-up point. This was almost two and a half hours after the expected time once you take the time at passport control into consideration.
Driver was extremely pleasant on our journey home and we couldn't fault the standard of car which was above expectations.
Used the shortest route and the cost was far cheaper than the standard airport taxis.
Will use this platform again as the process was straightforward and the driver was courteous at all times which was welcome after our stressful return flight.

"Do not use this company"
Do not use this company! They advertise that their saloon car will take 3 x 23kg suitcases, however these have to be very very small!, they may/will refuse to take a usual large size case and if they do they will charge more money. Or leave you without transport! Our driver admitted they should speculate size and not weight. Obviously this is done deliberately! Don’t let this company ruin your holiday! Go elsewhere!
