"Late airport collection"

Despite pre booking taxi for collection at landing; after I landed to call driver, the job hadn’t been planned so I needed to wait for 40 mins! Would have been much easier to call Uber / get taxi from airport, but journey is pre-paid. Disappointing service. The only time I have ever pre booked collection as it was late at night! I was honest in landing time and had no luggage to ensure quick departure . Unfortunately my advice is to lie on landing time or ensure you are not waiting!

"Fred Olsen Cruise Pick Up"

Pick up from home to Southampton cruise terminal was fine.
Also booked pick up with ship due to start disembarkation at 7.35am. Took a little time to get our cases and out by 8am. Driver decided he did not want to wait. We were told by OTS that he had another job at 8am! Our journey was about 1hr 30mins so this was a very disingenuous answer.
OTS organised an Uber after our call but charged an extra £15 for the original driver call out.
So I would sum this up as appalling service for which we were charged extra.
Do not use. I will only use a local trusted service in future.

We used this taxi company on the 17th October to the airport..(Manchester)driver was on time, very polite lovely car, got us there in plenty of time, we then returned on the 24th , different driver, but was again very polite, we were his first customers , the car was lovely, he stayed In touch, very well mannered. Would definitely use them again !

I would like to give review about this company mainly so worst company in UK.With online system and very careless customer service of no time to listen passengers problem.I have booked by mistake now regretted.I have reported this company to Transport of Department about the issue.I have try to solve with them but they wouldn’t bother mainly corporate companies not caring for others only money minded business.Please be aware of this company for our public this is genuinely affected by this company by charged me unnecessarily without concern of my children's and family.

I booked a car from Auchterarder to Edinburgh airport for 29 Sept at 5 am. The company provided a drop down list of pick up sites. I chose Craig Rossie hotel.
The invoice stated Auchterarder, Craig Rossie. Little known to me, whoever provided the listing had the wrong postal code or the hotel. I am 73 years old with health issues. I was travelling by myself. I called the driver, he briefly said it was my fault and problem and to sort it out myself. I called the office, same thing, no assistance, it was my problem sort it out and I would not get my money back. The conversations were so brief. Almost as if it happened frequently. Is Onward travel not screening their subcontracted companies.
I need my money back. I will not get rid of the memory of the stress and anxiety from standing in the dark, by myself, stranded by people who just didn’t care. From reading the reviews, the Edinburgh area does seem to be a bit of a hot spot.
