"Used this service more than ten times…"

Used this service more than ten times in the past year. Always worked well in terms of drivers turning up.
A couple of them drove a little fast and on one occasion I had to actually tell the driver I wanted to get there in one piece.

Taxi booked for my son and family coming from USA. Flight from Dublin delayed by one and a half hours but but my son and driver were in touch and the driver was patient and collected them. Very impressed.

In fact they DONT even SHOW UP.!!!

I have used OTS on a number of occasions and the service has been very good.
The reason I am writing this review is due to the outstanding service from OTS due to a very late change in my daughters flight from Dubai.
Without any ridiculous administration fees or endless phone calls, the pick-up was merely postponed until a firm arrival time into MAN could be established, which was the very next day......GREAT SERVICE....

Very bad customer service and no consideration for passengers who gets late during arrival pick-up for immigration etc. So, be careful with this service before you book for arrival pick-up as they will keep you saying that you agreed to terms and conditions so you are bound to give a hefty penalty amount.
