I was appalled that I arrived at Stansted expecting a telephone number to confirm my drivers details but only to an email stating you were very sorry I and my colleagues were abandoned without any means of transport to take us home!
Supplying me with the details of the taxi company that reside in the arrival hall, which I am quite aware of whereasI have had to wait sometimes for hours for a taxi that is why I prefer to book a confirmed and reliable taxi service (so I thought).
I am absolutely fuming they did this to us as I checked they were a 24/7 service, and it is stated clearly on their booking website, they seem to think it was okay to just leave us without any help after a 12 hour journey arriving in the early hours of the night to a I am sorry email (tough luck you've picked the wrong company!).
I cannot even think what they could do to even make me use them ever again, other than a grand gesture of some kind like refunding all of my money and a goodwill credit for my next journey guaranteeing that they would be there to collect me.
You cannot imagine my embarrassment when I received their email on our arrival and I had to inform my colleagues it may take hours for us to be picked up.
I looked forward not to an apology but a good reason for me to ever use them again.

On the day of your booking we contacted everyone we knew in the area that could do your journey and unfortunately we did not have anyone that was able to do your journey. The circumstances that led to this outcome were beyond our control, and we did our best to provide alternative suggestions to ensure you could still reach your destination.

"Wrong vehicle sent, no help from the company"
Concerned our return journey.
Company called and confirmed the number of passengers and bags and then sent a vehicle which was too small.
To prevent being stuck at the airport, we squeezed in and sat on and around the baggage.
Company has refused to acknowledge anything was wrong and that as we chose to continue the vehicle must have been correct.
Even our driver said it was wrong and he was told a smaller number of people and bags.

When I found out that OTS taxi insisted that my kitten would be transported in the boot of a taxi, I cancelled my reservation. With the temperature at 27 degrees, she would have suffocated in the boot
Transporting an animal in such conditions is unacceptable and raises serious issues about the company’s commitment to animal welfare. This practice is not only distressing for the animal but also poses significant risks to their health and safety.
A company with such a policy should be avoided.

I Booked this taxi service for myself and my 2 children to be picked up in early hours of the morning from Gatwick - they messed up my booking sent a car to pick up 2 cases and 2 people and then asked me to pay an extra 150 pound for another car to get sent for me, (May be another 2 hours they said) and left us stranded at the airport. They then kept my 125 pound already paid no refund and I had to pay for a train home- very rude/ unprofessional disgusting money grabbing company avoid at all costs!!!

We have used this company a few times at Heathrow. On a few occasions, they charged extra for waiting time. We consistently arrive as soon as we have collected our baggage, but we still get charged for waiting. Customer service is deplorable.

"AVOID AT ALL COST"
After a 15 hour flight I decided to pay extra to ensure the driver was there waiting to collect me once I’d picked up my luggage.
He called while I was waiting for my luggage. I told him I was through passport check, and once my luggage came through, I would obviously make my way to meet him.
He was nowhere’s to be seen. I called and he said he didn’t want to have to pay the extra waiting fee. I’d paid extra for this service. He said he’d be 10 minutes. 45 minutes later he arrived full of excuses.
Once in the taxi told him not to speed. Not only does he drive way too fast, getting far too close to the cars in front. He then starts chatting on his mobile phone. Not speaker - he’s holding it to his ear. I ask him to stop the call and concentrate on the road. He does. Until his phone rings again. I have this recorded on my phone.
I’m still waiting for a full refund 2 weeks later.
Avoid at all cost. Or look at the reviews and take the gamble. 5 stars or 1 star. What will your experience be?
