I had a drainage problem which needed urgent attention.I called Metro Rod and Anthony came out the same day, investigated the problem and told me that I had roots inside the pipe. Very efficient and quick, he spent an hour at my house. I was very pleased with the company and the way my blockage was cleared, I would recommend them very much.

Fella from metro rod power washed guttering drain to soakaway to try to unblock problem with flooding everytime it rains. Unfortunately it didn't work and we had rain today and flooding was worse than before? Soakaway will probably have to be replaced

"Brilliant"

Brilliant! Had the front and back garden dug up for soak aways to be put in due to poor drainage. Was really stressing about it as I have 9 dogs and wasn't looking forward to the upheaval or the potential mud that would get left but I needn't have worried the lads made the whole experience as stress free as possible. They were hard working, kind and considerate, taking time to talk through what was going to be done that day and leaving everything as if no work had been done. Thank lads, really appreciate all your hard work

The first time they came they made the problem worse pumping more water down the blocked drain and filled my back yard with black foul smelling water. I was then told a range of problems that they thought was wrong, all of which were false as proved by the camera footage provided by the other firm. The first person to come out obviously had no idea of what he was doing, he also said that he had no water on the van to clean up with,even though I have a tap outside next to the drain. You then sent another person round who was extremely polite and helpful and cleaned up after again putting more water down the still blocked drain Fortunately another drainage company came out and after looking at the problem unblocked it, no need for digging up the patio and half the garden and replacing pipes etc like I was told from your first man, I would not recommend you because of this.
