My questions were simple and straightforward. The representative was informed and helpful, and everything was taken care of expeditiously.

"Terrible platform and software"

Terrible platform and software. Very little investment performance visibility and no process for simply putting in a short limit sale. I list significant fees because of this and there was no indicator that their software sells immediately when a short limit order is entered. Management refuses to refund any of the fees. Very disappointed.

Mobile app is not super intuitive. Would prefer to see Coinbase’s interface. I can live with these, but the inability to have multiple Crypto IRA types (eg Traditional and Roth) with a single email/login is extremely inefficient and a waste of both their and our time; it also creates additional risk of compromise. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. The partnership with Coinbase Pro to lower fees for active traders is very intriguing.

Great company. Their interface for buying cryptos in an IRA is extraordinarily easy.

The service team was very responsive and proactive in following up. I did feel like I had to do more work to get my assets transferred from my traditional IRA provider, and they were not trying to be helpful with how to move some of my assets out. It would be great to have Alto jump in to this a little more to minimize the burden of me having to figure this out.
