Beware of Alto IRA - Cost Me Thousands Due to Lack of Notification
I've had one of the worst experiences with Alto IRA, and I want to warn others before they fall into the same trap. I had invested in an asset through their platform. However, without any prior warning or notification, Alto IRA discontinued this asset, and I lost thousands of dollars as a result.
The real kicker here is the complete absence of communication from Alto IRA. There was no email, no message in the app, nothing to inform me that my investment was about to become obsolete. This lack of transparency is not just disappointing; it's financially damaging. I've learned the hard way that their customer service and investor notification system are severely lacking.
I strongly recommend steering clear of this platform if you value your financial security and peace of mind. There are better, more responsible platforms out there that won't leave you in the dark when it comes to your investments. Don't make the same mistake I did; take your IRA elsewhere

Emails regarding orders completed don't provide details. They should identify the crypto, the amount of cryptos and the action (placed, canceled, executed).
The "Transactions" page should include the hours:minutes:seconds as well as the date in the "Completed" column. The transaction fee and slippage should also be included on the Transactions page.

There is no option for setting limit orders for anything but BTC, ETH and SOL. It seems I can't trade any other coins at this time. No email notice of any issue though...
