Same situation as Justin. A management change at Alto has instituted a much different fee schedule from the one I have had for a period of years, which caused me to use Alto. Now, it includes $400 per year in fees PLUS fees for miscellaneous things like transfers and any account closing.

Had a multi-year real estate deal that I wanted to do and signed up with Alto for their premium plan for my IRA. Yearly fees was $250. Four months into the deal, I get an email stating now their fees are $400 a year. What a bunch of crooks.

Easy to set up account. Helpful assistance with questions. On the downside, complex to set up investment in an LP and somewhat difficult process for transfer of funds to my account from the LP but has seemed to work out so far.
