Absolute shit the internet constantly buffers can’t get signal in my children’s rooms or my bedroom , they charged me for 3 weeks possibly more when the internet was down in my area I’ve transfers over to a different provider and their now saying they can’t see when I was offline from their records it’s almost as if I’ve been robbed and made to pay fr internet that wasn’t working for that period of time , and now because I have switched their charging me a termination fee , disgusting to be honest I’ll pay the month that’s owed but you can shove the termination charge !!!!

Your reviews speak for them selves really don’t they 😂😂🤦🏽♀️ terrible and also train your staff to speak to customers properly instead of speaking over them 👌🏼

6g opus service is very very bad no internet very slow internet.in my home last 4 days no internet service and I complaint lot of time but response all the time same answer no engineers.
And customer service take to much time to attend the phone I am. Waiting 30 40 minutes.
Very very shit service I recommend no body choose 6g

"Frequently losing internet connection "
Since the 17th February we have had to contact you 6 times over Internet connection difficulties. Last week I spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get through to technical assistance without success. Today I did eventually get through to someone and the service was restored. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes today . I only recently renewed my contract with you and I was told I had a 3 month cancellation period. If things don’t improve I will cancel.

Third morning in a row waking up to no internet. Goes off at least most months for a few minutes, but now going off for multiple hours every morning is a EXPLETIVE joke. * AND NOW ANOTHER MORNING, AFTER IT ALSO WENT OFF FOR HOURS THE OTHER NIGHT. 5 TIMES WITHIN A MONTH. THEY OUGHT TO CHANGE THE NAME TO 'OPELESS BROADBAND'.

I have been with 6g for over a year now and I am impressed with the speeds I get and the coverage in the house. I have had a problem with my sky q box dropping out of connection constantly. 6g spoke to the sky engineer and within minutes the issue was identified and 6g tweaked my connection and the problem was solved. I have always found 6g tech support to be really helpful and I would recommend trying 6g especially if your limited to which internet speeds you can get at your house
