Mashallah my family and I had a great umrah trip. Brother Abdul Raheem from Al Madinah Travels gave us a good package alhamdulillah and he was in touch with us through out the journey. Everything was cordinated well! Transportation was great and on time. The hotel at Madinah was a bit far from the masjid but he got us a closer and one of the best hotel in Makkah. Both hotels were cleaned and food was great. It was a short trip but a great experience for my family especially my daughter. Thank you brother Abdul Raheem!

Abdul Raheem made my trip very easy and communicated very well. The whole experience was wonderful and peaceful. Abdul Raheem organized the trip for my family and was on top of everything he communicated well and answered all our questions immediately. I would definitely go again with this company. We were very happy with all services. Communication was great throughout our trip. For those who are doing the umrah package themselves, I would recommend using Al Madina travel. The value they offer is priceless. I literally didn’t have to do anything except focusing on our Umrah

"Never again "

This so-called travel agency made my trip a complete disaster and it was so horrible. I I trusted these people when they sold me a five star package deal. We felt like we were on our toes the whole time waiting on their responses. It almost feels like once they got my money they did not keep contact or keep us up-to-date.
On top of that, we paid a lot of money for these package deals just to find out after booking our plane, tickets and hotel they canceled the original itinerary without saying a single word about it. I also paid for upgrade seats, which I ended up losing money on secondly the hotel that they showed us was a beautiful five star hotel, but switched us into a two star hotel claiming The hotel was sold out or had issues. The rooms were old and I was told by the locals that the area that we stayed in can be dangerous and to not walk around outside at night like I don’t understand how this company Can do this to an entire family with kids when trying to reach them they were very unresponsive almost up to no contact at all upon several times of reaching them they would tell me that they are trying to fix things and to give them a little time they always a huge refund But till now they have refused to do it.

"Scammers"

Will not be using AlMadinah travels. My family bought 5 star packages and we were given 1 star hotels without our knowledge. We even lost money on upgraded seats that we paid for since almadinah canceled the original booking. The rooms were old and outdated. When attempting to contact almadinah, their response was the hotel originally booked was sold out, how can that be if it was booked advance? After calling the original hotel that supposedly was sold out, the hotel told us they weren’t sold out and the booking that almadinah booked on our behalf was canceled the next day. When telling almadinah this all they can say is “ we’re working on it” but after that they ignored our phone calls and messages on what’s app. We’re still waiting on our refund.

"Best Umrah Package Experience Ever...!!"

Me and my brothers attended Umrah for the first time. We purchased the 5 Star package from Al Madina Travel. With the help of brother Wajahat from the Al Madina Travel, we had the best experience ever! Brother Wajahat arranged all the hotels and flights for me and my brothers. The best thing about our trip was the hotels that were both within walking distance from the Haram and Kaaba in Makkah and Prophet Muhamad SAW in Madina. This was a trip of a lifetime for us three brothers and significant for us to take. We all had such a profound experience that we will go back again with Al Madina travel, as they made everything easy for us. Thank you, Brother Wajahat.

"BEST Haj Umrah trip to Mecca and Medina"

I just came back from our beautiful and holy 10 day trip to Mecca and Medina. We are very pleased with all their services. They had great and convenient hotels, great flights selections, the hotels were very close to the Kaba and the Masjid Nabi. The food was excellent in the hotels. The transportation was clean, on time, with reliable cars and vans and plenty of space. Price was the lowest. They deserve to be 5 star.

Trip details change in the last minuet , not honoring their package detail ,they moved us from five star hotel to less than one star place we could not do anything at that moment but accepting it just because we have no other place to spend our last two night , moving us from one hotel to other in Makkah and trying to have use all five in one room while we reserved two rooms in the package l

"I am extremely disappointed with the…"

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Al Madinah Travels. We booked a trip with them, and without any prior notice, they changed our hotel. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find out that we were not staying at the hotel we had originally selected. The new hotel was of lower quality, and it did not meet our expectations.

The lack of communication from the agency was unacceptable. We were not informed about the change, and when we tried to contact them for an explanation, the response was slow and unhelpful.

This experience has completely ruined our Omrah. I would not recommend Al Madinah Travels to anyone looking for a reliable and professional travel service. They need to improve their communication and customer service.
Wish I can give “0” star since 1 is very generous for our experience
