Excellent service from the moment I booked. This was my first time with One Traveller on the Vietnam/Cambodia trip. Could not fault the whole experience.

Carole, tour manager, ensured that everyone know the itinerary daily and timings. Carole was friendly and know everyone by name.
Tamer, tour guide/egyptologist, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history in Eygpt.
I'm definitely going on holiday with One Traveller in the future and would highly recommend to family and friends.

It was a wonderful trip packed with many interesting experiences. It was very well planned. The hotels were great and our guide was very present, kind and helpful. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and we able to see so much and learn so much from our very well informed local guide. A fabulous location with lovely fellow travellers to share it with.

Excellent trip, including gardens, penguins watching, history and the winelands. Safari outings superb. All of these accompanied by a tour manager and Excellent local guides. Good hotels and nearly all meals included. Would recommend the Victoria Falls add-on also

"Very disappointing holiday in Vienna"

Poor quality hotel, inefficient Tour Manager, two major scheduled events which didn't happen, with no explanation offered, very disappointing response from OT.
We have been trying to obtain an explanation for their failure to provide the promised "fine dining" and concert on the last night and their failure to apologise for a group of us being abandoned outside a closed theatre, somewhere in Vienna, and left to find our own way back to the hotel.Their response to numerous emails has been standard platitudes

Makes it easy to see as much as possible in a limited time as all arrangements are very efficient.
Is there no way to ensure travellers with no sense of time stick to meeting timings? Not One Travellers fault but the importance could be emphasised to avoid moans from those who were on time!

" Amazing Oman"

This interesting tour of Oman ran like clockwork, no mean feat considering the comprehensive itinerary. Both tour guides were amazingly informative with very clear English. This was a very safe way to travel and I felt very well looked after
