One traveller look after you from the moment you book, the office staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Tour manager meets you at the airport and helps make it simple. Both holidays I have been on have been well organised with lots of included trips and nearly all meals. As a single person I rate then very highly

Very well organised. Cannot fault tour manager or local guide who managed us and the weather wonderfully. Hotel perfect and staff very helpful. Room cleaning was excellent. From a personal point of view I would have liked to have spent a little less time over lunches which were excellent and walked a bit more. However this probably suited the time of the year more and did not prevent a full itinerary.

I enjoyed the holiday but I think the booking could have been clearer. I booked on line and thought I had included the Victoria Falls extension. As all of the paperwork included South Africa and Victoria Falls as the title I was disappointed to discover within 10 days of departure, that I was not booked on the extension

"In my experience"

In my experience, what sets One traveller apart from other companies, is everything is so well organised. The administration staff are all polite and helpful and always do their best to assist. The hotels are of a high standard, the food is excellent, even the coaches are clean and comfortable. On three of these tours I have been with Alison Bissett, as tour manager. Alison is perfect, she is friendly, kind and efficient, but a lot of fun too. Alison deserves an honour for services to the travel Industry, she's so suited for this line of work. I have enjoyed 5 tours with One Traveller and have no complaints. It is a daunting thought to travel on your own, but with One Traveller I have always felt included.

"During my recent visit with you to Thailand"

During my recent visit with you to Thailand I had the misfortune to be ommited from the flight manifest for part of our return trip. This was the flight from Chiang Mai to Phuket, for some reason, still not explained, my name had been removed from the list of the party members, and a lady (Bridget) added a lady who had not been with the group/party at any time. The local guide quickly sort the ticket office to cancel the lady and purchase a ticket in my name. Quite an unsettling experience.
