The whole trip was so well organised and the tour manager - Roberto - was fantastic. He kept us up to date on timings and meeting places and regularly came round and asked how we were. We saw so much and the guided tours and coaches all arrived without any problem. A super successful trip Thank you.

This was my first trip with One Traveller and I was a little apprehensive having never holidayed on my own before. However, Richard was a wonderful Tour Manager and has a knack of putting everyone at their ease. The excursions were well organised and I met some lovely people, so I would definitely recommend anyone to use One Traveller.

"Once was enough with One Traveller"

I went to Vienna specifically to see the Andre Rieu concert, a further concert with a special dinner and a couple of other attractions. Whilst the 4-star hotel public bar was only open one night, no paid-for porterage and fixed meals, the tour manager failed to join us at the main concert.
The main issue was the second concert and special 4-course meal to be in one of the palaces. The meal was in the equivalent of a pub, and we were sent by taxi for the concert. When we arrived, the place was closed. The tour manager abandoned us in the middle of Vienna, and we had to make our own way back to the hotel. The tour manager eventually arrived at the hotel after several hours and said the places had been changed but refused to show us the email to confirm this.
The compensation offered by One Traveller did not even cover the cost of the meal and concert. The dispute is still ongoing and lodged with ABTA. Never again will I travel with OT - they have no respect for their clients nor accept responsibility for their contractual obligations.

"First time on a solos holiday"

First time on a solos holiday. Lovely to have much of the responsibility given over to someone else! Very much enjoyed the idea of having individual passenger numbers which encourages people not to become clicky. Catered for my dietary needs well, although some people felt the lack of choice at dinnertime an issue. Overall a very good experience. I have booked to go with them again next year.

it was my first experience of going with one traveler and it was an experience l will never forget. but sadly the tour l originally booked was not as it had been explained in brochure. l choose this holiday for me a once in a life times experience to china to see the pandas which we were originally told we would be with the keepers for the day helping them with daily chores and having lunch with them. never happened. we just joined the 30.000 people who were there round the pens at a distance. l could not even get to take a picture had to rely on one of our group to take some and copy hers. lunch was not with the keepers either so could not ask questions. just normal eating place. second reason l chose to go on this holiday was also which turned out wonderful was terracotta army. super. and so were the evenings out to shows just amazing. but in my case and two others we did not get the rooms we had with king size beds in fact some got suites and others like myself two single beds in room. no explanations at one hotel. food wise it was we were told typical Chinese food. but it was the same every day,. l did ask about cake or ice cream having seen it on some tables in places we visited but no. must admit l did lose weight on this holiday which l needed to do. and the guide who it was his first trip to china with this company did show me where to get an ice cream from on one of the trips so thankful for his help. it was pointless asking for a window seat on plane as it never happened for me. but china was a super place to go and see. one traveler had some super trips just not what had been planned when l paid in april 2024. yes they did get a lot in . but for me l found my once in a lifetime holiday sadly not as l had expected. most of the group were well seasoned travelers. and l was just an old 70 yr old who had not been away for thirty odd years and things they took for granted l found difficult to cope with. but again if you are use to being on your own with some well traveled people then its normal l guess. l did find a few of the group very helpful. and the guide he did his best to cope with us all and our demands.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday with One Traveller in October to the Amalfi Coast. I thoroughly recommend! There were things to do organised every day and even fabulous weather was arranged!
