I have to recommend the organisation put in place by One Traveller. Everything was catered for, be it Serena, the tour guide and driver. All were exceptional.

However, I have to say that Serena was absolutely wonderful in taking care of us.

"Wonderful Christmas Trip"

I've rarely booked a package holiday as I prefer to travel on my own, however, I felt it would be nice to have company for Christmas. I wasn't disappointed with my One Traveller trip. The hotel was very pleasant and I especially loved the heated outdoor pool. My only small complaint is that the food wasn't that amazing. It was ok as we had a couple of choices but nothing special however the hotel staff were so lovely and helpful, with such great service that it wasn't an issue. Our guide was very attentive and looked after us all very well and I thoroughly enjoyed every excursion. Of course what really helped was that we had snow so our lovely Christmas morning horse carriage ride was very special. The gala concert in Salzburg was also wonderful, I loved it. I had a really super time and will certainly consider another Christmas trip with One Traveller
