My latest holiday was Christmas in Austria it was my 10th. Like all previous holidays with One Traveller there was nothing I could complain about.

Our rep Amanda Donahue was very helpful and welcoming on arrival. The entertainment was good, except quite a lot of people said it was rather too early to leave at 9.15 am for Castle Howard and we didn't need quite so long there. The guitarist in the bar where liked to talk was rather a distraction.

Extremely Good English Guide and Local Guide who was with us for most of the Tour. We would have preferred it if he had been with us for most of The Tour. Very Good Itinerary though for most of the time pretty full on.
One of the Internal Flights from Bangkok did not appear to be very well handled or organised but perhaps a lot of it was to do with the Ages of the majority of The Group and their physical capabilities.

This was a fantastic trip. There were no problems booking with One Traveller. The hotel was sited on a slope above the lake with good views. The Tour Manager looked after us well. The only issue was my case did not arrive until a couple of days later- nothing to do with OT.

Best Christmas Markets holiday ever with several markets to enjoy. Jill was an excellent tour manager, concerned for everyone in the group. A family run hotel is always one to go for. This holiday in St. Johann im Pongau has made me want to visit again in spring, the very best recommendation.
