Great guide in Richard and we had interesting Chinese guides in every town we visited.
Super experience that exceeded my expectation in every way.

I loved China too much fitted in you needed extra days to relax. Too much fitted in not happy about visa system which I paid you to do. I had a visa that lasted 3 months with 1 access to the country. Others had a visa lasted 2 years and multiple entrance. This isn’t fair as we all paid the same.

"18day tour of Japan"

One of the highlights of this tour for me was the outstanding service, care and good humoured professionalism shown by the English guide and the Japanese guide. Being less mobile than the others in the group they were simply brilliant in talking care of me and anticipating possible problems.
The tour itself was well structured, interesting and wide ranging. The hotels and events were generally excellent.However, I found the activities and events very much more physically demanding than I had been led to believe.
The office staff were always polite and unhappinesses were understood and in most cases dealt with professionally. However the Flights Department let them, (and me), down very badly. Their knowledge of airport security regulations was completely wrong and their communication of flight prices was appalling. Just one small example of a lack of proper communication was that my confirmation of checking in on line was sent to me by the Flights department in Japanese. Not a lot of help!!
It is for this reason that it is unlikely that I would travel with them again.

Very well organised and every detail taken care of. You just have to turn up! My only criticism is that it would be nice to have a bit more time for relaxation. The itineraries are jam packed so not for people who are expecting a relaxing holiday!
