From the time you make a booking, any queries are dealt, with patience and time to explain. Our accommodation is always excellent within their control. (Nobody knows what can change). I have had many different holidays with them and wouldn’t change a thing. I made many friends from our groups and some time we see each other again on new adventures. Looking forward to meeting up with new friends on my next adventure. This was my first holiday with One Traveller. The pre holiday admin was the best I have experienced and I have used many firms over the years.
The tour manager was very experienced and the two local guides were very knowledgeable and were eager to talk about their country and its customs. The hotels and food were excellent. The tour was well planned and showed us a variety experienced.
Unfortunately the weather caused some problems but that was unforeseen.
I have already booked another holiday with One Traveller.
