"A Bubbly Week in Champagne"

The holiday in Champagne was on the whole up to One Traveller's high standards, although the weather was disappointingly cold and occasionally wet. Our last minute stand-in Tour Manager Sandra, though understandably seeming a little nervous at first, did a splendid job and I think it is fair to say we all appreciated her thorough organisation. It was a lovely group and Sandra's cheerful personality made a very positive contribution to this harmony. Champagne as a region cannot fail - attractive towns plus beautiful countryside. The Hotel de la Paix was impeccable.Meals out varied a bit. Chez Rejane et Norbert, an excellent restaurant, offered more beef than many of us could manage to eat resulting in much embarrassing wastage. However our final evening at Vranken Pommery Domain was to me the highlight of the tour.

I had the most wonderful time. It was so well organised and with amazing Johnathan to sort any problems. The guide was fantastic Cynthia (in Italian) Hotel was exceptional. The staff, the food and of course the wine. My room was perfect. This was my first OT holiday and it definitely won’t be my last. 👍 Brilliant

"Could do better"

Oxford & environs. Tour doesn't include much in the way of visits. Guided walk at Woodstock, waste of an afternoon. Other companies might be more expensive, but they include more, so better value.

"Fabulous"

This was a bucket list trip for me and it far exceeded my expectations. Great itinerary, well planned trip with a free day in the middle and at the end. Brilliant tour manager Serena and excellent local guide Ahmed could not have been better. Excellent advance information from One Traveller. I can't speak highly enough of it all.
