I had no idea what I was doing as my phone wasn't like the photos in the instructions. I was able to hook it up, clean out messages and missed calls and get it back to day.one. my CSR was very patient with me and knew what to do to fix everything.

Community phone was a saving grace for my mom who had lost the ability to use her cell phone. It allowed us to check on her and for her to reach us whenever she needed. Sadly, mom no longer is able to stay on her own and we needed to cancel service. The support staff (both signing up and canceling) are incredibly friendly and sympathetic to differing circumstances. I would recommend CP to anyone who needs to stay connected to aging/disabled family.

I’ve had a positive experience installing and using Community Phone. A human actually answers when I’ve had questions or needed assistance. The base unit arrived quickly and the instructions were easy to follow. So far the calls have been clear and stable.
I bought this for a relative who could no longer manage a cell phone. I found a simple phone that they can operate to use with the base unit. Companies are dropping landlines so finding Community Phone was a good solution.

Community phone, was there for me and my mom when AT&t shut off the services in California. They were really thorough and explained everything well. We got our equipment on time ,we had any questions they answer them and it worked we really did enjoy having community phone and if we need to get another phone service it will be community phone

The switch to Community Phone from Verizon over a year ago was a great choice. No more dropped calls from copper wires and the clarity was great. The cost was a bit higher, but worth it. There were a few bugs at the beginning, but the agents and reps were great and resolved any issues quickly.
