I was able to get a person on the phone right away and received email responses within a couple hours.
The phone unit came in a few days with simple instructions, and porting was made easy with the help from a phone rep.
Also, Community's web site was informative, and they did everything promised. I learned everything about land line-over-cell towers from their site.
