Bought 3 tins of paint one was wrong colour one had a skin and not fully filled the other was red primer which has a shinny finish, i had to fight to get them to pick green one up (wrong colour)we have still not got refund . I think this is a one man band with a posh website probably has paint in his bedroom or garage at home.

After receiving delivery of both damaged tin and smashed box of sand (anti slip additive) customer service/sales were straight on it asking if I wanted a replacement. Over 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting. Not a premium service from premium paints - more like pound shop paint!!

Simply a scam ,sent me 2 tins of God knows what, no paint information on the tins, just fit for the bin.
PS no point trying to contact them as that I found impossible.

Don’t buy from this guys worse company ever don’t answer emails don’t answer phone is not acceptable they don’t care I’ve paid extra money from delivery still not arrived very bad

Ordered on 19th June and paid for two working day delivery. No updates as of the 24th. No reply to emails and nobody picks the phone up.

"Half of my order hasn't arrived"
Half of my order hasn't arrived. Tracking says it has been delivered but it hasn't been. Nobody ever picks up the phone (numerous attempts, including 20 minutes listening to music). No response to emails. Regret using this company. They say on their website that they're 5* rated, but trustpilot has the truth.

"Steer Clear. Only thing premium is the price"
Ordered 9am on a Friday morning with express delivery...website states orders received before 12pm will be dispatched same day....dispatch notice on the following Tuesday! . Paint arrived minus the roller kit. Emailed them and they told me it would be with me next day.. 4 days later Still not arrived. Emailed requesting a refund for the roller and got no reply. Shocking customer service, oh and don't bother ringing nobody answers the phone. Fortunately I paid by credit card so will be using them to chase the refund .

Thank you so much premium paints, not only is the paint amazing even on the first coat but thank you Billy for being so helpful when one of my cans weren’t delivered! Customer service and quality of paint is second to none, can’t recommend enough!!

"AVOID THIS COMPANY "
Ordered 2x tins of paint 31.05.24 and paid next day delivery and still not received 10.06.24. Sent emails every day chasing only to be completely ignored by their customer service team. Completely useless company avoid at all costs. Also have to wait on hold for about an hour if you call them. Nothing "Premium" about them.
